Stay Studio is a versatile, community-driven event space ideal for community events and professional gatherings. Our space has long served as a home for creative expression, professional collaboration, and connection in an inspiring environment.

Stay Studio offers 800 sq. ft. of open floor space, tall gallery walls, and a built-in serving bar. With high ceilings and a flexible layout, the space is designed to accommodate a range of creative and professional uses. We are located in the heart of Downtown Downey, walking distance from local restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Perfect for small to mid-sized events – workshops, film or video shoots, brand releases, live performances, business mixers, team building, board retreats, fundraisers, and more!

Please keep in mind that set up and clean up time must be accounted for in your total booking time. We have a 3 hour minimum policy.

  • To confirm your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

    You may cancel your event up to 7 days in advance without further payment. If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled event, you are responsible for 100% of the total booking fee, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.
