Pop-up Art Exhibition

Stay Studio is a professional art space designed to make your exhibition impactful and seamless. We offer high-quality amenities and expert support ensure a memorable experience for artists, schools, and organizations.

Base Exhibition Rental

Rate: $800 (3 Days)

Includes:

  • Day 1: 6 hour setup

  • Day 2: 4 hour reception (daytime or evening)

  • Day 3: 2 hour cleanup and deinstall.


Add-On Services

Curation & Installation Support Assistance with layout design and artwork hanging/installation. $200
Digital Flyer Custom designed flyer for use on social media and web. Does not include printing. $150
Window Vinyl Exhibition title and date on front window. Includes design, print, and installation. $125
Standard Artwork Labels Standard artwork labels on heavy-duty card-stock. Includes design, print, and installation. $125
Float-Mounted Artwork Labels Artwork labels mounted on foam board to create a dimensional float effect. Includes design, print, and installation. $150
Exhibition Poster 12” x 18” poster with exhibition title and description. Includes design, print, and installation. $75

In-Studio Services

Artwork Wiring Stainless steel D-hooks, cable and screws. $5/piece
Wall Drilling Fee Includes patching and repainting. $20/piece

Artwork Sales Policy

    • Commission Rate: 30% of each sale

    • Services Included:

      • Managing all communication with buyers.

      • Processing payments.

      • Packaging and coordinating delivery/pickup.

      • Record keeping and providing artists with a sales summary.

    • Benefits to Clients:

      • Artists/organizations can focus on the exhibition without worrying about logistics.

      • Professional handling ensures a seamless experience for buyers.

    • No Commission Charged: Artists/organizations keep 100% of proceeds

    • Client Responsibilities:

      • Manage all communication with buyers.

      • Process payments directly.

      • Coordinate packaging, delivery, or pickup of sold artworks.

      • Provide buyers with receipts or invoices if required.

    • Client Agreement: Clients must clearly indicate in the exhibition materials how buyers can purchase artworks (e.g., QR codes, contact information).
