Returns + Refunds


Prints

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective prints must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

Original Artworks

  1. Pick up at Stay – If you are picking an artwork up at Stay and change your mind upon arrival, we will issue you a full refund.

  2. Pack + Ship

    • If you chose the Pack + Ship option, we will send you an invoice for the cost of packing + shipping to your location. This is an additional cost. If you receive this invoice and do not approve of the shipping cost, we can issue you a full refund of the artwork price.

    • Sale is final if you approve of the packing + shipping invoice and the artwork is shipped to your location. No returns or refunds.
