Stay Studio is a stunning, intimate event space, featuring 20’ floor-to-ceiling walls, polished concrete floors, and an open, airy atmosphere. We are located in the heart of Downtown Downey, walking distance from local restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

Perfect for small to mid-sized events – workshops, film or video shoots, brand releases, live performances, business mixers, team building, board retreats, fundraisers, and more!

Please keep in mind that set up and clean up time must be accounted for in your total booking time. We have a 3 hour minimum policy.

$75/hr for nonprofits

Policies

Please take the time to read our event policies before booking.


Health & Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and disinfected daily in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. Hand sanitizer stations and one HEPA-certified air filter during your event.


Payments

25% non-refundable deposit (of total booking price) is required to secure your booking. The remaining 75% is due before or on the day of your event.


Cancellation Policy

  • Before 7 days of the event – Only the 25% deposit is retained.

  • Within 7 days of the event – Client is responsible for 50% of the total rental fee.

  • Same day or no-show – Client is responsible for 100% of the total rental fee.
